Dysport

Dysport is a non-surgical treatment commonly used to smooth fine lines and wrinkles around the eyes, mouth and on the brow to rejuvenate the skin and provide natural-looking results. Like Botox, Dysport is comprised of a Botulinum toxin, that works by freezing the muscles that create wrinkles.  Dysport is FDA approve and a popular, non-invasive cosmetic treatment option to help lift and contour facial features, giving the skin an overall youthful appearance.

Dysport, it is primarily used for cosmetic purposes to reduce the appearance of facial wrinkles and lines. It works by blocking nerve signals in the muscles where it is injected, causing temporary muscle paralysis. This, in turn, smoothens out wrinkles and lines on the skin.

Here are some common uses of Dysport:

  1. Frown Lines: Dysport is often used to treat glabellar lines, which are the vertical lines that appear between the eyebrows when you frown.
  2. Crow’s Feet: It can also be used to reduce the appearance of crow’s feet, which are the fine lines that form around the eyes when smiling or squinting.
  3. Forehead Lines: Dysport may be injected into the forehead to soften horizontal lines.
  4. Neck Bands: In some cases, Dysport can be used to improve the appearance of neck bands caused by muscle contractions.
